Finally writing again

James was teasing me the other night about not writing in my blog, so I figured I should get on that. I guess I've been pretty bummed since last week our computer hard drive decided to bite the big one on us. It just completely went dead. We lost everything, and sadly that included all the pictures of Josh we had on there. Our cd burner bit it about a month ago, so we had no way to back up our pictures :sob:. I also had been working on the enrichment routes for church, and lost about 2 weeks of work. Thankfully I had printed it out, so at least I can just re-enter it. I also lost a kick butt resume I had recently made. Guess this will teach me to back up my word documents! We were able to reload our secondary hard drive, thank goodness, but it's not the same as it was.

James will be deploying to Iraq in a few months. I am not thrilled, however I knew it was going to happen eventually. Josh is getting so big. He is trying with all his might to be able to stand up on his own. He is most certainly going to be a climber, well, really he already is. Today he climbed into his toy box to reach the rest of the dvds on the bookshelf, then proceeded to throw them all on the floor. He also loves to try to stand on the couch. He stood up today, lost his balance, went over the arm of the couch onto the end table and rolled off the end table onto the floor. I was sitting next to him, and seemed to view the entire thing in slow motion, yet couldn't catch him. It didn't faze him much, a minute later he had stopped crying and tried to provide us with an instant replay (I caught him that time, though.) I have a feeling he is going to be a thrill seeker just like his Daddy!
