It's been a nice week or so now that the drama has subsided. Tomorrow I am going to get my pessary, and I plan to start the couch to 5K program. I have been wanting to run for awhile, but the pain has been prohibitive for me being able to do so. I'm excited to be able to get out and enjoy a little peace while I run. I may take the boys, I may leave them here at home LOL. I think Josh could easily run with me, he's a fast little runner and let's face it, I'm anything but fast ;). Even back in the high school days when I ran all the time I was slow. I am just going to run for me, not for anyone else, but for my own pleasure. My goal is that once I reach the 5K point that I can run a 5K or more distance once a week, and run a mile or two at least 3 times a week.

Josh and Seth were playing so nicely a little while ago. Then I hear a thud, followed by screams and evil laughter. Sure enough, Seth had smacked Josh upside the head, then did an evil laugh. Josh was wailing, and Seth was so not apologetic. I asked him if he hit Josh and he laughed while saying yes. He is such a punk sometimes. Yesterday he lost a privilege for hours because he flat out refused to make amends for hitting Josh. Oh the joys of sibling rivalry. Of course, it could be payback for all the times Josh antagonizes him. At any rate, we're open to suggestions for getting Seth to stop hitting. We're trying time outs and loss of privileges now, and reiterating that hands aren't for hitting (and neither are toys!). Here's hoping the new plan works. He's been in time out 5 times so far today.

Josh was so cute on Sunday at a birthday party. He's such a little encourager. He walked around the table as the adults were finishing up painting their pumpkins and was like "Wow Miss Cara, you're doing a GREAT Job!" How I love that boy. Seth had a blast painting too, and kept saying "See Miss Sara!". He was totally a charmer. It seems he is finally coming out of his shell and becoming more friendly with others. Trey of course charms everyone he meets.

We went to church on Sunday too. The boys were so well behaved. They looked super cute in their little church outfits. I tried to snap a picture or two in the car as we got to the church, but they weren't good ones.
