Chicken and farfalle soup



I tried out something new in the crock pot last night, and wanted to share the creation.

6 boneless skinless chicken tenders (frozen)
a bunch of water, til the crock pot was about 3/4 full
1 can of diced tomatoes
2-3 tbsp Knorr's chicken bouillion (I'm guessing the amt, I just dumped what was left in the container)
2 bay leaves
4 cloves of garlic

Cooked on low for about 4 hours, then tossed in:
1/2 pkg of chopped spinach
4 shakes of Mrs. Dash tomato, basil, garlic seasoning
Fresh ground sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Cooked on high for 1 hr then tossed in:
1/2 pkg farfalle pasta

cooked an additional hour and served with whole wheat bread fresh out of the bread maker. It was so good.
